I started a new office job in which sitting in front of computer for 8 hours as taken effect on my back and neck. She was able to unknot my back, relase the tension and make me feel like my old self that could move my neck and back.
Thank you Melissa and I will definitely be coming back again.
The owner Monique is absolutely wonderful and extremely kind and passionate about her work and Spa/Salon. Her entire staff are a pleasure to work with, as soon as you enter, you are greeted with kindness and professionalism. I have always loved the atmosphere, laughter, kindness and just a positive attitude from everyone. Her products and services offered are amazing. I’ve personally tried a few of her products and have not been disappointed. Everyone that works there is lovely and they always take the time to explain products and services. Thank you so much Monique!!
The products used never once irrated my skin in any way which is uncommon when I’ve gone other places.
Thank you Restore and Replenish I will be returning.
My manicure was professionally done. Nice chat with the manicurist who happened to be the owner. There was no upsell or hard sell… in fact there was no “selling” (unlike other places I’ve been too).
I loved the atmosphere and the service. I had the opportunity to chat with other guests and staff while I waited for my friend. It was like a visit with old friends.
This is a fantastic little place right in my neighbourhood. Clean, friendly and professional. Very welcoming and affordable. I highly recommend a visit to Restore and Replenish. I suspect the could manage a walk-in but I recommend an appointment.
On my fourth visit, I invited a goodl friend for a massage. One of the staff members shared how she felt so sorry for me and how I’ve been treated at the spa since day one. The first two visits were not promising, but I am an organic supporter and wanted to show my support. Again the manager refused the WaySpa certificates which is clearly placed throughout the spa and made a very dramatic scene when I approached to use up my balance. I would like to add this was during a time where she had WaySpa welcomed throughout the spa and a TripAdvisor logo on her door, when she was not registered on TripAdvisor.
There is so much tension at the spa and a lack of communication. The manager would yell out to her staff while they were conducting manicures and pedicures about reservations, why a client has not arrived and etc. For a couple of months, she would conduct her conversations about her frustrations on her credit/debit card machine. It made the atmosphere very uncomfortable and she would interrupt the conversations clients and with their aestheticians/technicians.
