My friend booked us appointments at this little gem in Streetsville! I called to change my service and found the call to be friendly and accomodating. From the moment we entered the spa we felt welcomed. It’s a tiny little homey place. Buzzing with guests on a bright Saturday morning everyone was friendly and happy. It’s not a stuffy (snobby) serene spa but a lively little salon full of happy, friendly people.

My manicure was professionally done. Nice chat with the manicurist who happened to be the owner. There was no upsell or hard sell… in fact there was no “selling” (unlike other places I’ve been too).

I loved the atmosphere and the service. I had the opportunity to chat with other guests and staff while I waited for my friend. It was like a visit with old friends.

This is a fantastic little place right in my neighbourhood. Clean, friendly and professional. Very welcoming and affordable. I highly recommend a visit to Restore and Replenish. I suspect the could manage a walk-in but I recommend an appointment.
